Halflings – Day 02 Steel Tournament – recovery and preparation It is a long way to go to converge to KP ETAs of about 35 days… Yesterday, we were looking at finish on day 43. There are two more upgrades that will need about the same.Īt least it improved our ETA projections on productions. I used 70% worth of Portal Profits just to upgrade from L1 to L2. Unfortunately, requirements for that are quite steep. And just as anticipated, I deployed some Portal Profits to fast-track Spring Grove upgrades. We’ve negotiated another scouted province. Just keep working on Irrigation Canal tech. Today we have finally had a slow KP day □ As such, we have not activated any new research. Halflings – Day 02 Elvenar Halflings progress So I will be building more as I continue residence upgrades. Believe it or not, I am constrained with pop □ Those small buildings take quite a bit of pop – if you build a ton of them. Summer Solstice event is coming to town! The timing might be just perfect for it, as I have tons of space right now that we can populate with L1 production facilities. In the meantime, we’re finishing L25 residence upgrades, and building up our shantytown. With that, our transitional layout is basically completed. There is nothing yet that will benefit from portal upgrades □ So we can do upgrades at their regular pace – and these are quite slow.Īpart from that, I moved the Carnival set to its proper location in the middle of the east edge – as promised. This required deploying some Portal Profits (as we obviously have no other means of filling in research goods requirements), but at least we don’t need to speed up the upgrades with time boosters. So I am doing what I can – in particular, working on those portal upgrades ahead of time. That’s quite usual as after initial changes in the layout there is a quiet period until you unlock new research with more stuff to build or upgrade. The results go both ways depending on the other enemies and the conditions of the terrain. As you can see, today we did not have dramatic changes in the city. I fight every fight that gives me a challenge several times with different combinations of fighters, and I have never won a fight with Banshees and lost it with Sorceresses. We can add to that, that the Sorceress will do better in fights where you can expect to be hit more often by the enemies, while the Banshee will do better in fights where you'll be doing most of the hitting. Not to mention that the Sorceress's Broken Valor spell still gives her a 20% advantage over the Banshee's 80% defense bonus vs the Heavy Melee units. The Bud Sorceress which can be unlocked at the end of chapter 7 is better than the Banshee I, and it is not until the middle of chapter 10 when the Banshee 2 is unlocked, that the Banshee becomes just a little more powerful than the Sorceress. Yes the Banshees are better than the Sorceresses vs Heavy Melee Units, but at what point and under what circumstances? There are many great fighting guides in this forum, but the average player is overwhelmed by all the advanced details. I agree, but these guides and videos are meant to simplify fighting for all those players who become frustrated and think that fighting is too hard or too complicated.
